Rand Wentworth is a member of the Self-Regulation Advisory Group and also serves on the Government Oversight and Self-Regulation Work Group.
Rand Wentworth is president of the Land Trust Alliance, the Washington D.C.-based organization that provides policy, research, and training services to America's 1,500 land trusts. From 1990 to 2002, he served as vice president of the Trust for Public Land and founded its Atlanta office. Prior to joining the Trust, Mr. Wentworth was president of a commercial real estate development company in Atlanta. The Atlanta Regional Commission presented its Visionary Regional Leadership Award to Mr. Wentworth for his work in creating a 160-mile greenway along the Chattahoochee River, and the Urban Land Institute recognized him with its Community Leadership Award. Mr. Wentworth is a graduate of Yale University and holds an MBA in finance from Cornell University.
