Carolyn Duronio is a member of the Governance and Fiduciary Responsibility Work Group.

Carolyn D. Duronio is Managing Partner of Reed Smith’s Pittsburg office and is a partner in the Business & Regulatory Department.  The greatest part of Ms. Duronio’s practice involves matter for exempt organizations, including public charities, private foundations, and trade associations.  Ms. Duronio is a 1980 Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Harvard University, magna cum laude.  She received her J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1984, magna cum laude.  As a Rotary Fellow, she received a Post-Graduate Diploma in Accountancy from the University of Strathclyde in Scotland.
