Terry Knowles has been registrar of Charitable Trusts in the Department of the New Hampshire Attorney General since 1981. She is president-elect of the National Association of State Charity Officials and serves on the board of directors of the National Council of Nonprofit Associations. Ms. Knowles authored a bench reference for the New Hampshire Probate Court system analyzing the Uniform Management and Institutional Funds Act, and has written a number of articles including "A Brief History of Charitable Regulation" and "The New Community Benefits Law."
