Ira Machowsky is a member of the Government Oversight and Self-Regulation Work Group.

Ira Machowsky is chief administrative and human resource officer for F·E·G·S, one of the largest health and human service organizations in the country with an operating budget over $200 million and operations in more than 300 locations in metropolitan New York. As CAO for F·E·G·S, he is the senior executive responsible for all infrastructure and administrative support services, including human resources, information technology, legal and risk management, procurement, construction, real estate and facilities. He is a past board member of the National Rehabilitation Association, and currently serves as chair of the Risk Management and Insurance Committee of FOJP Service Corporation, which represents over 100 nonprofit organizations in New York City. Mr. Machowsky received his bachelor’s in urban affairs and policy analysis and holds master’s degrees in rehabilitation counseling and in human resource management from New School University.
