Herman "Art" Taylor has been president and CEO of the BBB Wise Giving Alliance since 2001. The Arlington, Virginia-based organization collects and distributes information on hundreds of nonprofits that solicit nationally or have national or international program services. Prior to joining BBB Wise Giving Alliance, Mr. Taylor headed the Opportunities Industrialization Centers of America, Inc., and under his leadership, the OICA network of employment and training programs grew to serve more than two million disadvantaged and under-skilled Americans. His former roles also include chief operating officer of St. Hill & Associates in Philadelphia and other positions in the corporate sector. Mr. Taylor previously served as vice chair of Independent Sector and as a board member from 1998 to 2003.
