Erin Hardwick is executive director of the South Carolina Association of Nonprofit Organizations. Founded in 1997, SCANPO currently serves over 700 member organizations representing some 20,000 staff members and volunteers across the state. Ms. Hardwick is also membership committee chair and second vice chair of the board of the National Council of Nonprofit Associations and a board member of the South Carolina Society of Association Executives. Prior to her work at SCANPO, Ms. Hardwick created and led a successful association management company for over seven years. She also served as the director of communications and training at the South Carolina School Administrators Association and as board development and public relations manager at the South Carolina School Boards Association. Ms. Hardwick attended Lees McRae College in Banner Elk, N.C. and graduated from the University of South Carolina.
