Jonathan A. Small is president of the Nonprofit Coordinating Committee of New York, an umbrella organization of than 1,200 nonprofit organizations that is devoted to serving the nonprofit sector in the New York metropolitan area. Mr. Small was for many years a partner of Debevoise & Plimpton, a global law firm based in New York City. He currently serves as an overseer of the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, and is a director of the Human Services Council of New York City, the Lawyers Alliance for New York, the U.S. Committee for the UN Population Fund, and the Investor Responsibility Research Center. A graduate of Brown University, he has a law degree from Harvard University, an M.A. in international relations from Tufts University, and an LL.M. from New York University.
