Stephen H. Kattell is a member of the Transparency and Financial Accountability Work Group.

Stephen H. Kattell is the managing shareholder of Kattell and Company, a Gainesville, Florida, accounting firm serving the nonprofit community. He is currently chair of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants' Not-for-Profit Organizations Expert Panel, which provides advice to senior technical committees of the AICPA and serves as liaison with other members of the nonprofit sector. He has also been a member of the AICPA Not-for-Profit Organizations Committee, which develops recommendations for the profession on matters concerning services provided by the profession. Mr. Kattell has worked with nonprofit organizations for 20 years, and prior to opening his own firm, he served as director of the Non-profit Services Group of Davis, Monk & Company. He graduated with honors from the University of Florida with a bachelor's degree in economics and an M.B.A. with a concentration in accounting. Mr. Kattell is a member of the AICPA and Florida Institute of CPAs.
